Competition Prep: Online & In-Person Coaching Available

  • Custom Workout Plans: Built around your phase, schedule, and experience level

  • Nutrition Coaching: Ongoing updates to macros and nutrition advice. (Macro tracking is preferred by meal plans are available upon request)

  • Weekly Check-Ins: To keep prep on track

  • Monthly Strategy Calls: To adjust goals, monitor physique, and provide support

  • Peak Week Plan: To dial it in and bring your best to the stage

Private 1:1 Posing Sessions (30-60 minutes each, in-person or virtual)

  • Each session is focused, supportive, and tailored to your division and skill level. We'll break down each piece of the puzzle, from poses and transitions to stage walk and presence, so you can learn at a realistic pace.
